Lamplighters

Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God:  and everyone that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him.

From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the Lord‘s name is to be praised.

No man, when he hath lighted a candle, covers it with a vessel, or puts it under a bed;  but sets it on a candlestick, that they which enter in may see the light.   Nothing is secret, that shall not be made manifest;  neither anything hidden, that shall not be known and come abroad.

And they lifted up their voices and said, “Jesus, Master, have mercy on us!”

Unto Thee lift I up mine eyes, O Thou that dwellest in the heavens.

For whosoever exalteth himself shall be abased;  and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted. 

Deliver us from the evil one.

Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour.

We pray always for you, that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfill all the good pleasure of his goodness, and the work of faith with power:  that the name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in you, and you in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Men always ought to pray and not lose heart.
