Lamplighters

Silence is praise to you, God, and also obedience.  You hear the prayer in it all.

Blessed be God, which hath not turned away my prayer, nor his mercy from me.

It came to pass in those days, that he went out into a mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God.

Hear thou from the heavens their prayer and their supplication, and maintain their cause.

He led them out, lifted up His hands and blessed them. It came to pass, while He blessed them, that He was parted from them and carried up into heaven.

The Lord hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all.

So that we ourselves glory in you in the churches of God for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and tribulations that ye endure:  which is a manifest token of the righteous judgment of God, that ye may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which ye also suffer:  seeing it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you.

Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

In God’s kingdom, what is important is a right way of life, peace, and joy—all from the Holy Spirit.
